mmmmm good reason, btw for £60-£75 what a headset do you recommend?

idk and I'm to lazy to google around in that price range :D

Most Sennheiser, AKG, Audio technica, alessandro, Beyerdynamic, Grado, Denon, Shure, Ultrasone and other good brands are £80-£120 for entry level headphones.

It's worth spending the extra on one of those brands imo.

How much are the HD555's?

I hate headsets!!

I cannot work it out the mic of mine, Xfire vocal-chat is not working at all, i managed to talk with PiNK for a while with Skype, then i tried SWAT and the VoiP doesn't work at all to me. PiNK instead did it with any problem. Maybe i will have to watch in some .ini files to make it work, still have to see if it works fine on L4D or if it's the same. I'm downloading TS3 just to be sure Smile

Yeah they are good, basically the same as HD555's

The 555's and 595's have been around for over 3 years so I would of got the newer 558's, 595's are still awesome though Wink

But imo mine sound better without all that stuff, just plain old stereo.. Just mess around with settings and see what you like best Wink

EDIT:

Try setting "headphone" mode and setting "gain" to medium, leave all 5.1 options etc disabled in Xonar Audio Centre and adjust your Equalizer so it's similiar to this RED LINE and see how it sounds ;x

Yeah I usualy have all off, GX used to cause some problems with games and sounded bad anyway :l

Same as usual.

All dual GPU cards are slower than their SLI counterparts Smile

I wouldn't say it sucked but you've got to be kinda silly and/or rich to buy one...

btw GTX550 is joke too :D

Cost the same as GTX460 but slower....
